MANTH Education and Outreach

The Mid-Atlantic Nanotechnology Hub (MANTH) for Research, Education and Innovation at the Singh Center for Nanotechnology at the University of Pennsylvania focuses on three areas of education and outreach:

  •  MANTH hosts a 10-week research program for undergraduates for six students each summer (REU).
  •  It organizes NanoDay@Penn for local high school classes and participates in regional community outreach events.
  •  With the Community College of Philadelphia, the MANTH is assessing regional needs for a workforce training program for technicians in nanoscale industries.
